ISO6720: ISO6720 Pspice model is not working.

Hi,

I need a single/dual channel digital isolator. I referred part ISO6720 and ISO6721. To validate my circuit, I tried to import and use Pspice models in LTspice and TINA. But model has some error.PFA.

    Hi Archin,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    DBREAK is a diode defined in PSPICE-FOR-TI library which isn’t necessarily defined in LTSpice. Customer can open the PSpice model of ISO device and replace instances of Dbreak with their own diode. By doing this, the model can be used in LTSpice.

    You can also use PSPICE for TI, which should not give any errors with TI SPICE models. The download link can be found in the TI product folder under the "Design & Development" section.
