ISO6720: Isolated feedback application

Hi,

I have a fault feedback signal which works on pull-up mechanism in Inverter gate driver. Feedback voltage will be 5V during no-fault condition and will be 0V if fault occurs. I have to transfer this signal to microcontroller with Isolation. So can I use ISO6720 for isolation or can you provide any other feasible part. We need an isolation of 6kV.

we have various digital isolator options available. the ISO6720 supports basic isolation rating with VISO=3kVrms. The ISO7820DWW digital isolator offers the higher withstand isolation voltage VISO=5700Vrms that we offer.
