ISO35T: Vcc2 = 5V

Hello,

We intend to use ISO35TDWR with Vcc2=5V

I can notice it fine to have Vcc2 up to 6V, but the recomendded is Vcc2=3.6V

What is the limitation or impact of the circuit under this condistion (Vcc2=5V)?

Hello Shachar,

The ISO35T is designed to be a 3.3V device. Therefore, it is recommended that VCCx does not exceeded 3.6V. Higher voltages (like VCCx=5V) are possible with ISO1175T, and ISO3086T

Hello Shachar,

Sorry for the confusion. This seems to be a typo. ISO35T has 5V tolerant logic inputs; however, the recommended operating conditions is still 3.3V. Please follow these recommendations for best performance.
