ISO7810: Solution for High -speed I/O channels

Hi Experts,

I need to have high speed I/O channels (min 1Mbps to max 10Mbps) that individually can be used as inputs or outputs. Each channel when used as output should source up to 300mA. Is there anything that can help me do this? Can any digital isolators work here? Any application notes for reference

    Hi Marvin,

    Thank you for reaching out. I do not know of a single device solution for this. We currently do not have a digital isolator to drive or handle a 300mA load at the output. Can the customer use a digital isolator to drive and external transistor? Or maybe ISOM8610 to act as an output for a 300mA load? 

    What is the application that you are trying to design a solution for?
