Could you please give me your suggestion about each questions?

1.Is there a quick formula that can be used to calculate the transmission rate and cable length?

2.Are there any signal quality testing standards that require measurement at the ISO1500 input (UART) and output (RS485 bus) side?

Thank you for reaching out.

I have not seen a quick formula to estimate this since the number of nodes also has an effect on data rate possible; however, the topic of RS485 data rate vs cable length is covered in a few places.
1. The RS-485 Design Guide (Rev. D) - 9 Data Rate Versus Bus Length
Eye diagrams are often used as a measure of signal integrity at high data rates. Please see the test data for THVD1450 below. There will be similar results for ISO1500 and ISO14xx families.
