Hi Scarlett,
TI currently does not offer a digital isolator with input side enable pins. Our current isolators have the enable pin mainly on the output pins.
Our suggestions for adapting this feature has been either using a buffer on the input side. Another option is to use our overvoltage tolerant inputs digital isolator, ISO6441, and turn off the input side power when no signal is needed. Even if the signal is present, the signal would not carry over to the output side when input power is off.
