Part Number: ISOW7741

Hello,

Can you please check the detailed difference between ISOW7741FDFMR vs. ISOW7741FQDFMRQ1?

Except automotive, are there any other differences?

We need to evaluate of can use ISOW7741FQDFMRQ1 to replace ISOW7741FDFMR directly? Or any design change needed?

Thanks!

Cecilia

Hi Cecelia

Thanks for reaching out.

Yes, you can use ISOW7741FQDFMRQ1 directly in place of ISOW7741FDFMR without any design change.

There is no other difference other than the automotive qualification.

Hi Varun,

Thanks for your reply.

Do both parts share the same die?

Hi Cecilia,

Apologies but we cannot share that information publicly.

But both have the exact same specifications as per datasheet and that is what we guarantee
