Hi Team

Regarding:VISOOUT current maximum:

If VIO = 3.3 V and VDD = 3.3 V are applied, and the VISOOUT output voltage is 5 V, is this possible? If so, what is the maximum VISOOUT current?

    Unfortunately, this operation is not guaranteed to operate across devices. Hence, ISOW774x cannot be used for this configuration.

    Only ISOW7841, specifically, is capable of the above configuration with max ILOAD = 40mA out of VISO. Check the datasheet for these details under Electrical Specifications.
