ISO1050: reading lot code or date code from the markings on the part

The "CH8T" is the internal lot trace code (LTC). The date code is "58" therefore this unit was finished in 2025, the 8th month (August).

What is the failure that you are seeing in the device? Is this related to another thread?

We are seeing some Cap enable failures, where the value is 4.93 volts and min is 0 and max is 0.5.  Our known good board that we use to validatet6he test passes it is "AC80" marking and everything with a "CH8T" and "A6DS" if failing we believe it is in the tester but there is not logic as to why?

Please provide the full Lot trace codes for the known-good and not-good parts including the date code. For your part this would be "55CH8TK". 

What is a "cap enable" failure in your system? Do you have scope shots and schematics to detail the failures?

The only information that I have is from the C of C that was provided with the PO.  The passing parts appear to be 47AC80K, 47AC90K, 47AC8LK.  Thus far the failing lot codes are 55A6DSK, 55A6FJK, 55A6GNK.  I hope this helps

This will help to identify differences between device lots. However, I will still need to know what the exact failure is. I cannot provide further clarity unless I know what is wrong. 

Is the ISO1050 being damaged? Is communication working and then stopping? If it is a communication issue, what is the system's minimum bitrate? Can you provide a scope capture of the specific failure?

Just to be clear and correct an error on the previous message this is a :CAN ENABLE" failure not a "CAP ENABLE FAILURE"

Andrew is there any way we can set a phone call to discuss this in more detail our customer is about to line down.
