Part Number: ISO1050
Hi
We purchased two batches of ISO1050DUBR. The X-RAY images of these devices show different structures and the bonding wires are obviously different. What could be the reason for this?
Thank you

Hello Yingjiao,
Thank you for reaching out. The difference in the die structures is expected. The manufacture of the ISO1050 was extended to additional fabrication sites to increase our ability to support the global supply chain.
Here is a copy of the PCN to notify these changes: https://mm.digikey.com/Volume0/opasdata/d220001/medias/docus/5558/PCN20230906002.1.pdf
