ISO1540: ISO1540 High frequency Internal clock?

Hi, I am having issues with EMI testing for a product. I am having issues near the 20MHz and 280MHz frequencies. I am wondering if this chip has some sort of internal clock / carrier frequency that could be giving us grief at those frequencies.

Hi Jeremy,

Sorry to hear about the issues you are facing.

The internal carrier frequency of ISO1540 is ~450MHz, therefore, it is unlikely that the emissions that you are seeing are related to the internal carrier.
If possible, please do share the emissions test results so that I can review and confirm again. Thanks.

The spikes from 200MHz to 400MHz are ~20MHz apart.

Hi Jeremy,

As you can see the fundamental emission peak is around 90MHz. This confirms that the emissions observed is not due to ISO1540 as the internal OOK frequency is around 450MHz
