Hi,
We are developing a 2kW 120VAC/240VAC Totem Pole single phase and we see that you have some diodes that are prior to the boost inductor. We have a couple of questions related to these. We are utilizing the LMG3522R030-Q1 GaN FET for our development.
Can you please comment on the purpose of D102? What is the purpose of these diodes? How do you rate them for the use case? What would happen if we did not utilize these diodes?
