ISO7741U: ISO7741U availability and production release request

Part Number: ISO7741U

Hello TI Support,

we are evaluating the ISO7741U for a prototype design that requires more than 20 mm creepage and clearance.

Could you please confirm whether samples of XISO7741UDUWR or XISO7741UFDUWR are available in 2026?

We would also like to know
- is intended for full production release?
- is the package, pinout and electrical specifications already frozen

    Hello Max, 

    We have some samples available now, although let me make sure they are visible through TI.com so you can order them. 

    The device is intended for full production release, although I cannot confirm full production timeline at this moment, although I have send you a request through E2E to connect so that we can message directly. 

    As for the package, pinout, and electrical characteristics. It is our intention to release this device with the parameters listed in the datasheet. Minor adjustments are possible, but risk of major changes is very low.

    May I inquire or ask what conditions exist in your system that require you to have >20mm creepage and clearance? Such as working voltage, pollution degree, material CTI, etc... Or you may share this information through direct message if that is preferred.
