Hello TI Support Team,

It is interesting to see the ISOW644xV can source with separate VDDL logic (+3.3V) pin from VDD and VISO (+5V) pins. But unfortunately I dont see the pinning diagram and on how to procure samples as they current out of stock.

As I am in design process, I want to know when and how long it may take for this chip to available on market. And how can I secure some samples to try it out.

    Hi Mohan,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Currently we cannot share the schedule publicly due to confidentiality.

    Currently, what we can suggest is to keep an option for supplying power to Pin7 on the board - you can drop-in the "V" variant once it is available. You can refer ISOW6441DWEEVM as a reference for this.

    But right now, unfortunately we cannot quote a timeline.

    Hello Varun,

    Thank you for your response and pointing me towards sample demo board. How can I align with your team here at TI Freising branch regarding this topic. I cannot proceed with the chip in my design unless I know appx when it will be released into market. When its military application a mismatch in decision can cost us more than we imagine.
