ISO7641FC doesn't work correctly at -25C

Hello guys,

One of our customer is using ISO7641FC. The customer found that ISO7641FC doesn't work correctly at low temperature (-25C).

When they input 10kHz square waveform (duty 50%, 0-3.3V swing) to VIA, VIB and VIC, the ouputs waveform duty of the inputs

sometimes is increased or decreased. Do you know any cause why the outputs duty are changed?

Hello Kazuya,

ISO7641 has been tested for -40C to 125C and we do not expect any issues at -25C. Could you please share the schematic and scope plots of duty cycle for us to examine?
