Is the 3.3V-150mA output possible by the following circuit at 5V input?
SN6501＋TRANS(750313638)＋TPS76333

Hi PAN-M,

Yes it should be possible to do this as the SN6501 can give 350mA at 5V input and your output of 3.3V will be taking up only 150mA at he load side.
