Hi,

I have recognized that the no power supply connected to U6 in the schematics of TIDA-00333. The power of SN74LVC2G14DBV is supplied from Vs1. Correct?

Yes, your understanding is correct and that's a miss from us in TIDA-00333 schematic though this is correctly mentioned in schematic given in the first page of TIDA-00333 User Guide. Please find below a snapshot of the same.
