My customer uses HCPL316 for IGBT drivers. Do you have suitable solutions to beat HCPL316? Thanks.

Hi Patrick,

You can refer to devices ISO5851 / ISO5451 are suitable to replace HCPL-316J. Some of advantages ISO5851 has over HCPL-316J are higher working voltage (2121Vpk vs 1414Vpk), much higher CMTI (100kV/µs vs 15kV/µs), wider operating temperature (125C vs 100C) and lower propagation delay (76ns vs 320ns).
