Hi team,

Could you please help me check whether the 5V to 5v 200ma application's transformer? Can we use EE5.0? Do you know how to check it? Thank you.

Hi Frank,

Asking 5V @ 200mA from SN6501 would be a little stretch on the device. SN6501 would be able to support this current at a cost of higher ripple, if you are fine with higher ripple on output then you could choose to do this.
Alternatively, SN6505 will be able to support current upto 1A on a 5V rail.

Detailed design procedure is given in Section 9.2 of SN6501 datasheet, please refer the datasheet for selecting transformer. Let us know if you find any difficulty in following the procedure.
