    Hi Frank,

    ISO5852S is capable of supporting 60kHz switching frequency.
    ISO5852S requires a minimum pulse width of 40ns at IN+,IN- for full output (Load = 1nF)

    Hi Frank,

    To add to my previous response. The switch frequency would primarily be limited by the IGBT gate charge requirement (Qg).
    Please refer to section 10.2.2.9 of ISO5852S datasheet to find out max allowable operating frequency according to the max allowed power dissipation for ISO5852S.
    The section also includes an example calculation for your reference.
