Hello,

Could you please let me know the output signal when the input signal of Digital isolator is DC?
Can we use Table 3 Function table for DC input level?

Yes, table 3 also describes DC levels. There is no minimum frequency (see section 7.3).

Yes as Clemens mentioned, the digital Isolator can be used for DC input and there is no minimum frequency.
