Customer is asking FIT value of ISO7741QDWRQ1 and I'm checking the following URL . But it seems there are no ISO7741QDWRQ1 information.

Hi Takisawa-san,

The FIT value for ISO7741-Q1 is 0.3 [failures per 10^9 device hours]. MTBF / FIT for isolators is temporarily not available on Quality & Reliability website, it would soon be available. Thanks.

Hi Takisawa-san,

The test temperature for ISO7741-Q1 is 125C. It is also the same for most TI isolators.
