Currently ISO7740 is available with max creepage/clearance of ~8mm in WB SOIC-16 package (DW is the package code). Alternatively, we have ISO7840 in ultra wide body SOIC-16 package that has creepage/clearance of ~14mm . Please recommend customer to use ISO7840DWW (DWW is the package code), thanks.
