ISO7741: About withstanding isolation test per UL60950-1

Part Number: ISO7741

Hello support team,

Our customer is considering the withstanding isolation test per UL60950-1 for ISO77xxDW series (SOIC).

In the withstanding isolation test per UL60950-1, the customer recognizes that AC 3000 Vrms should be applied for 1 minute.
But for the customers inspection equipment reasons, he wants to change the applying voltage from AC 3000 Vrms to DC 4300 V (≈ peak value of AC 3000 V).
So is it possible to apply DC 4300 V for 1 minute to these ICs?

Because these ICs satisfy with the UL1577 standard (5000 Vrms 1 minute), I guess it is no problem.
But I want to confirm it just in case.

Sincerely,
M. Tachibana
