Could you inform me if TDDB data for ISO774x is equivalent to ISO7710 (as previously supplied) ?

    Hi Pascal,

    Since ISO774x and ISO7710 have the same silicon dioxide isolation barrier, their TDDB data will be similar to each other and to the nonspecific breakdown data shown below.



    Differences in TDDB vary  with package style, pin count, and material, so I will gather a device-specific curve and share it with you this week. As Koteshwar shared FIT data with you in the previous post, please find that for ISO7741 below:

    MTBF: 2.02E+09
    FIT: 0.5

    Hi Pascal,

    I have investigated and found that regardless of channel count or configuration, TDDB data for all of TI's SiO2 isolation barrier devices - like the ISO7710 and ISO774x - is the is the same. My apologies for being misleading in the previous post: the TDDB plot above is the one you need! For details on ISO77xx isolation quality and reliability, please investigate this white paper.
