    Hi Kai,

    We currently do not have an I2C device that supports 5kVrms of isolation voltage.
    We do have a technical document that talks about implementing I2C using reinforced digital isolator. The document also includes a reference schematic along with component values to get customer started. Please refer to the link below for more details. Thanks.
