base on previous question.

our end customer still want to have wake-up function by CAN BUS. (refer to TJA1052i is used in a HS-CAN network that supports remote bus wake-up,)

Does ISO1042-Q1 has similar function or has any another suggested device?

    Like Dan has mentioned in in the other post with original question, ISO1042 doesn't have standby mode. Since there is no standby mode implemented and since device will always be awake, wake-up function is not relevant for this device.

    Like Dan already mentioned in the original post, ISO1042 has lower power consumption in normal operation mode than the TJA1052i in standby mode. Hence, customer can achieve lower power operation with ISO1042 even without implementing any wake-up function in their application.

    Actually, it apply at BMS system in e-motorcycle. it is removable BMS, so total quiescent current need below 10uA. The end customer want to use can bus to wake-up when plug-in. Do you has any other device to achieve this purpose?

    I understand customer concern. Since customer quiescent current requirement is <10uA, I am assuming TJA1052i also cannot be used.

    Unfortunately, we currently do not have an isolated CAN device that supports standby mode and/or wake-up function. If possible, customer may look at using Digital Isolator + CAN transceiver two-chip solution.

    We have an ultra-low power digital isolator (ISO7041) whose quiescent current is very low but it is not automotive qualified, I am not sure if automotive qualification is a mandatory requirement for e-motorcycle. Customer may also have to check if the propagation delay of ISO7041 will be acceptable to support required loop delay on CAN bus.
