Could you tell me why tpzh, tpzl has micro or nano second difference depending on having F suffix? Does it cause it by default output? Thank you for your support.

Yes this has to do with the default output. Non-F devices have a default state of HIGH and F devices have a default state of LOW. So when considering the enable propagation delay we need to consider if we are going from disabled to default state or disabled to non-default state. That is why there is a difference for F and non-F devices.
