ISO7841: ESD protection structure

Hello,

We would like to know how ISO7841 and ISO7220 protects from ESD. I think the below is a general ESD protection. Can we think similar structure which input/output pins have diodes, ground-to-signal, signal-to-vcc?

    Hi Watanabe-san,

    Yes, the ISO78xx and ISO72xx have ESD protection diodes as shown in Section 8.4 of both datasheets. These may not operate exactly the same as those in the op-amp picture and they function separately from the capacitive barrier for isolation purposes.
