ISO7741: When EN pin is floating: Internal pull up resistor?

Hello Team,

Could I know if ISO774x en pin has internal pull resistor?

In motor drive noisy environment, it is a design concern to prevent noise interfere the EN pin when external pull up power is not ready.

Hi Ting,

Yes, ISO774x EN pin has a 2MΩ weak internal pull-up resistor as shown in the I/O schematics Figure 21 in ISO774x datasheet. Since this pull-up is weak, we recommend to use an external strong pull-up resistor (preferably 4.7kΩ) to VCC to avoid any interference due to noise. Thanks.
