    Thank you for sharing the schematic for review.

    The schematic looks good except for one concern which I will mention at the end of this post. In the PCB layout, please do make sure the 0.1µF cap is placed closer to SN6505B VCC pin while 10µF cap is placed closer to the center tap of the transformer primary.

    May I know what is the output current requirement at 5V_ISO? Is it >100mA? I am asking this because the LDO chosen is only rated for 500mA.

    Regarding the concern I have, the transformer chosen 750316030 is not the right transformer to produce isolated 5V from 5V input along with an LDO at the output. Please refer Table 3 on page 24 of SN6505B datasheet to find the right transformer for the requirement. Assuming the below listed requirement, the suitable solution will be to use SN6505A along with the transformer 750315240 as listed in datasheet Table 3. Let me know if you have any questions, thanks.

    1. 5V in to 5V out
    2. 5V output required after the LDO
    3. Output current required is >100mA but <1A
    4. 2.5kVrms of VISO is sufficient
