ISO7741: CMTI MAX & Frequency of ISO7741DBQR

Hi team,

Customer uses ISO7741DBQR and SI8641BB-B-IUR.

And then they think tolerant of ISO7741DBQR is high.

Could you let us know the below two things?

-CMTI MAX of SO7741DBQR

-Frequency of FM carrier in capacitance isolation

    Hi Kento,

    Customer's understanding is correct, ISO7741 has much higher CMTI performance than the competition device Si8641.

    1. Please note that CMTI performance of ISO7741 in a system can be much higher based on how the transient is appearing at the device. We do not guarantee any max CMTI spec but we expect it to higher than 120kV/µs.
    2. ISO7741 uses OOK architecture the carrier is amplitude modulated (AM). Based on the input signal applied, the carrier amplitude will be either 0V or a finite voltage but the frequency remains pretty the same. The frequency of this carrier is ~450MHz.
