Have we ever tested the specific leakage current value? What is the value?

Hi Sherry,

Yes, we do check for the leakage current. Our high voltage source has capability to accurately indicate the current upto 99µA in steps of 0.1µA and when we do the test, we read 0.0µA. I hope this answers your question, thank you.
