Hi,

We are using ISO3082DWR IC in our product. We need the MTBF data for operating temperatures 40 degrees and 50 degrees celsius each.

    Hi Haresh,

    You can find the MTBF data for ISO3082 at the Reliability Esitmator from the below link.

    The data is given for an usage temperature of 55C. You can use the derating tool from the link below to see how MTBF changes with usage/application temperature.
