I am designing an Intrinsically Safe product that requires galvanic isolation.
I read on the datasheet IECEx (IEC 60079-0 & IEC 60079-11) and ATEX (EN 60079-11) are planned.
Is the certification complete? If so, may I receive a copy of the certifications and entity parameters?
Thanks,
Richard
Richard,
We have passed the audits of both the device and our facilities. We are currently just waiting on CSA to process the certification on their end. We will be updating the datasheet as soon as CSA grants us the official certification.
Respectfully,
Lucas
Hi Lucas,
Thanks for the update. I'm glad everything passed! Do you have a date for when the certificates will be issued? At this stage, the entity parameters must be known, can you please share those?
Thanks,
Richard
Richard,
I can answer those questions but I have to do it over email. Do you mind if I email you this information?
Respectfully,
Lucas
Hi ,
I am also doing ATEX and IEC EX designs and very intersted to know when the certificates will be issued.
We are currently workung on designs where these parts might fit in nicely
Informing per Email is fine for me.
Bert,
I need your email address. I have sent you a friend request. If you accept it, then you can share that address via a private message and I can then send you some good information.
Respectfully,
Lucas
All,
The ISO7041 has been formally certified for both ATEX and IECEx. More information about these safety certifications can be found in the datasheet. Certification documents can be found in the ISO7041 product folder under the Technical documentation tab
