ISOW7842: VISO parallel

Hi,

Now we use three ISOW7842, can VISO be used in parallel?the signal is given to RS232.

    Hi Neal,

    Unfortunately, the VISO output of ISOW7842 can't be directly connected to another ISOW7842 device. These devices outputs do not support parallel mode of operation. We currently do not have a transformer integrated device that supports higher current output than ISOW78xx family.

    Alternatively, you could use the simple push-pull transformer driver device SN6505B with external transformer to achieve higher output currents upto 1A. Thanks.
