Hi Koji-san,
Since all the blocks shown in the above block diagram are common function blocks, not a lot is described about them in the datasheet. Please refer to the below Digital Isolator Design Guide that explains the OOK architecture in brief.
I am also copying below the functional block diagram with indicative waveform shown at the output of all the relevant blocks. Please note that, if there is noise at the input signal which is <100MHz in frequency then it falls under valid data. This noise will pass through the device just like a valid data. If there is noise that is >100MHz in frequency then it cannot enter the device because the device input bandwidth is 100MHz only.
