ISO1540: Replace SI8600AD-B-IS

Part Number: ISO1540

Dear Team

It seems ISO1540 will be the most suitable part to replace SI8600AD-B-IS.

Or is there any device I am not aware of?

    Hi Kevin,

    Yes, ISO1540 is the most suitable device we have for I2C isolation.
    Si8600AD-B-IS is 5kVrms device in WB SOIC-16 package, does customer need both 5kVrms and WB SOIC-16? We currently do not have a direct replacement device for WB SOIC-16 package. If customer does need 5kVrms, then I recommend the below solution. Thanks.
