I need to do a simulation with ISO7710 in TINA. However, the .tsc file for ISO7710 is unavailable. Can you please help to share the .tsc file for ISO7710FQDRQ1?

Hi Mahaveer,
Thank you for posting to E2E! At this time, TI does not have TINA simulation models available for digital isolator devices, including the ISO77xx family
We do offer IBIS models for signal analysis purposes: would these be acceptable for you?
Respectfully,
Manuel Chavez
Sure, do you recommend any software for analyzing this ibis model?, or is there any software where I can convert the ibis model to any other spice model and perform the analysis?
Hi Mahaveer,
TI does not recommend a particular converter or software for IBIS models, but HyperLynx can be used to view models and Agilent's Advanced Design System can be used to run simulations with additional components. They're similar, and if you use these programs I can share a brief guide for simulating. Hspice is also commonly used for IBIS model simulations and I believe PyBERT, a free tool, might be useful here.
A full list of IBIS resources can be found on the IBIS open forum: https://ibis.org/tools/
Please let me know if you find a helpful tool to work with.
Thank you,
Manuel Chavez
Hi Mahaveer,
Please let us know if there is additional support we can provide for you regarding the digital isolator IBIS models. Otherwise, this thread will be closed.
Thank you,
Manuel Chavez
My apologies for the delayed response, however I do use the Keysight ADS.
As you mentioned, can you please guide me for simulating the model using HyperLynx and ADS?
I would try and work on them.
Thank you very much!
Hi Mahaveer,
No worries! I have sent you a request to connect. Please accept this request, and I will send you some steps via Personal Message.
Thank you,
