That is a very broad request and it would be better if a more specific issue was highlighted. For example is the issue a damaged transceiver or maybe packet loss? Is there some odd behavior with the TX/RX or CANH/CANL signals?

Debugging a CAN bus will be similar to debugging any other device that passes signals. It starts by understanding what is expected from a properly performing device/network, then quantifying/summarizing any observed issues at a high level, then applying EE debug techniques such as the use of oscilloscopes to try and determine the root cause of the issue.
