    Thanks for posting your question.

    Unfortunately, this is TI proprietary information that is not available to customers.

    However, device reliability information, such as Mean Time Between Fails (MTBF) and Failures in Time (FIT) rates are available from ti.com device product folder in the Ordering & quality tab. Direct link is here. Please note that ISO6721 is in Preview status and some of the quality information will be populated when the device is in full production.
