ISO7331C: Internal wire function

Part Number: ISO7331C

Hi,

The ISO7331 was broken on my customer's system.

The chip was opened, and two wires were cut as below.

Could you tell me where these wires on the block diagram?

    Thanks for reaching out. We usually do not disclose device internal circuit details without NDA and hence, I won't be able to comment on this question. To help address this customer issue, I would recommend one of the two options listed below.

    1. If you are interacting with a local TI FAE, please do request local TI FAE to reach out to us to discuss this particular and help resolve.
