ISOW7821: why the Viso output of ISOW7821 is not right ?

hi

The test input signal is normal, and it is a pull-down of about 20ms,but out  signal is incorrect,below,FIG 1 is input singal,FIG2  is output singal,What could have caused it?thanks!

    Hi Neal,

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the issue.

    To better understand the issue and help debug, please share below information.

    1. Could you please share customer schematic?
    2. Do you know if the issue happened only once or if this is happening repeatedly?
    3. Do you know if it is working normal after re-powering the device?
    4. Could you please ask customer to test the device again and monitor Input, Output, VCC and VISO all four at the same time in the same screenshot?
