We are using ISO1412 in my project where I am publishing data over Modbus RTU. We are successfully able to publish data over 4 wire RS485 communication, but the same doesn't work with 2 wire (half-duplex) communication.
We are using the DE/RE pins as per the datasheet ( DE pin goes high when data is to be transmitted, and back to low state once the transmission is done. RE pin is low by default and it is turned high when the slave is transmitting and back to low after the transmission is done)
In the half-duplex communication, the data is received successfully by the slave, but the data transmitted by the slave is corrupted when read at the Modbus master.
Could you please help us to debug why the half-duplex mode is not working properly?
Note: We have also referred https://e2e.ti.com/support/isolation-group/isolation/f/isolation-forum/854845/iso1412-iso-1412-full-duplex-connected-as-half-duplex and the connections are the same.
