Hi,

in the datasheet i can only find the mechanical data of the own package, but no detailed information about the HTSSOP 32 land pattern, especially for the thermal pad i need the dimensions, there is a notice that exists a separate sheet but i cannot find. There is only a note about the literature SLMA002 but its a whole document to design thermal pads nothing that helps me explicit.

Please can someone tell me how to find the correct informations ?

i am interested for the availability also, it seems on the Ti-Website that the status is "preview" instead of "active". Samples are not available also. We have integrated the component in our design already and we are waiting for some informations.

the actual RTM schedule for TPS65381 is 12/6/2013. Low quantity of samples are available, please contact Thomas Oderwald.

Wolfgang,

one more comment regarding your question about thermal pad. The datasheet at ti.com is relatively old. I will send out the actual revision containing more information about thermal pad.

actual datasheet is 2.94. I will ask system engineer if we can update at PF.

Hi,

Even we are searching for this data.

On the datasheet page 62 it says "SIZE AND SHAPE
SHOWN ON SEPARATE SHEET" but couldn't find out that information.
Could you please give us this information.

Even devices like TLC5922 have same package can we use this data
instead?
