I have confirmed the output capacitor for TPIC74100-Q1.
In the application note (SLIA083), there are conditions of output capacitor (value and ESR).
And in the user's guide of TPIC74100-Q1 EVM (SLIU002), there is the schematic of the EVM.
In the EVM, output capacitors are tantalum and ceramic.
I have check the ESR for the tantalum and ceramic capacitor.
The values of ESR are
Tantalum: 0.11 ohm, ceramic: about 0.02 ohm
In this case (the EVM), I think the value is not mached the condition in the application note.
I don't know how to define the conditon by parallel capacitors (ex. ceramic and tantalum) .
Could you please advise it to me?
