After completing the coding how it can be dumped into PGA450 IC.Through which pin we can dump the code into the IC.

The hex file can be programmed to the PGA450 by using SPI. This is what our GUI does. Tables 16 and 17 in the PGA450 datasheet explain the protocol for writing to the various memory spaces in the device.
