I know the internal circuit is a kind of confidential and this question is a type of such.
My customer would like to know the chip design is well considering on fail-safe-wise point of view.
The pull-down resistor on gate of internal FET should be located to fix the gate voltage on Off state.
They would like to know such circuit was reflected on the chip circuitry design.
Don't need to clarify the value, But please let us know that to show the product design is suitable
for Automotive.
