Pease answer following question from customer.
Q1:
Datasheet Electrical Characteristics condition is Tj=-40C to 150 as follows, and don’t have “Typical values are at T A = 25°C.”
Is this mean that Tj=-40C to 150? is applied to all typical value?
Q2:
Please advise the operation when Vin < 4V.
Datasheet specify Vi=4V to 40V when Vo=3.3V.
Please confirm if following my understanding about operation while Vin < 4V is correct.
1) “Vi = 4V” to “Vi > 3.3V + Vdo(0.5V max)”
TPS7B6733-Q1 can output 3.3V but can’t meet specified accuracy
2) “Vi < 3.3V + Vdo(0.5V max)” to “Vi = UVLO”
Dropout operation and Vo = Vi – Vdo.
2) Vi < UVLO
Vo = 0V
Q3:
Please advise internal reference accuracy of TPS7B6701-Q1 at -40C to 125C.
Datasheet has following specification and has note (1).
(1) External resistor divider variation is not considered.
According to note (1), is this accuracy (+/-2% max) is for reference accuracy of adjustable TPS7B6701-Q1?
If it is true, what is Vo accuracy of fixed TPS7B6733-Q1?
