I would like to confirm the operation of TPS7B4250/4253-Q1.

1. Are there any delay for ramp up Vout inside of IC?

    I think ramp up time for Vout decides the charge time of output capacitor, but I think there is the delay inside of IC (turn on FET) too.

    It is very short time against the charge time. So, could you please teach it like "ns order" or "us order" ?

2. About thermal shutdown, there is not the description in TPS7B4253-Q1, I think it is the same operation of TPS7B4250-Q1.

    Is it correct?

    1. I am not quite sure about what kind of delay do you refer to.
    There is no special delay design inside the IC, but there is control module designed inside to limit the output voltage ramp up slew rate. Usually the ramp up time is about several hundred us under small output capacitor condition.

    2. Yes, quite similar.
